Everything is made fresh daily — slow-marinated chicken and beef shawarma, hand-rolled falafel, warm saj bread and flatbreads straight from the bakery, hummus, baba ghanouj, muhammara, labneh, za’atar manakish, sfeha, kebabs, salads, and desserts including knafeh, tiramisu, and cheesecake.
